Many Friends at Saint Matthew Lutheran Church

Annually more than $5000 in financial support is generated from a variety of Saint Matthew programs such as special holiday offerings and the church’s onsite farmer’s market. This year the Sunday market moved to the air-conditioned Fellowship Hall so the market is more like a farmer’s market/café. Assorted homemade baked goods, fruit and fresh brewed coffee provide a relaxing atmosphere while proceeds go for a special cause. But it’s not just financial support; Saint Matthew is the home of some of our most loyal volunteers. Church members John Helgeson, Bob Fairbanks and friends come every month to cook up what is known as “the BEST spaghetti sauce in the world” by our Operations Manager. Thank you to this volunteer team and all the generous members of Saint Matthew.
