The Driving Force

Our team of volunteer drivers is the backbone of our county-wide food transportation network. Drivers move food every day of the week between donor organizations and our Central Catering Kitchen. A limited number of drivers will have regular year round routes, which can be shared among a consistent group; some substitute drivers are needed as well.

Drivers must be 18 years of age or older, hold a valid drivers license, have a clean driving record for at least 3 years, have their own vehicles that are insured. Drivers will be expected to lift items weighing between 30 and 40 pounds.
